Nissan NS50D2 fishing engine...

NOT MINE, don't contact me about it. It's on our local Craigslist, but I'm pretty sure this is the fishing engine used to build a Tohatsu/Nissan D-stock.

Edit: Yes, thanks Daren; it's an NS40D2 and not a 50hp... It would just be a spare longblock for D-stock.

looks like a 40hp to me..................different carbs, intake, etc.............by the time to get the right parts, etc and the throttle linkage stuff, tower, gearcase, etc, you would be better off buying a NEW RamBass Tohatsu............

but, if you just want to build a spare powerhead, this could be a reasonable donor........

Where does one come up with an asking price of $1991???!!! Why not start at an even $2000 and come down a little from there? Strange...
