That is not the right swivel. John, you need one from a Merc or Mariner 2 Cyl 25 HP Yamaha built powerhead from 87 to 2000+. I have to take an inventory but I like have one that needs to be machined.

That is not a bad price as you could turn around and put the lower unit back on ebay and likely get your money back. The prop shafts in the stock lower units are junk and Merc wants $200 for a new one alone.
