Just to clarify, but when u say MOD C, in so far as APBA,
it is only legal under a 30" Mercury, not the Y102/302.
I suspect NBRA and AOF approve it under Yamatos ?
In CBF it is probably legal across the board.?

I have always been a proponent of opening up
the mod restrictions on lower units to;
'anything now or was commercially available',
but it never goes any where on ballot
