In fact from the place I mentioned you can get a piece of foam 54"x24" for $16.99 plus shipping. That is the smallest they have listed

Costco has foam floor mats that work pretty good. They are a bit thinner than 3/4" but you can double them up if you need to. I use them on the cockpit sides too.

Tried that and not much luck. I did find other google hits but thought HR would be the best bet.

              Thanks

Try "Go With the Flow" or a similar kayak/canoe vendor. I recommend the closed cell material. It is expensive, but the trade-off is durability and it does not hold water.

Pete..........There was a company in Orlando that had the best closed cell sheets and I can't remember their name. Dave Rawson from Ft Liquordale used to get his from there and I had both my hydros lined with it. I will find Dave and ask him.

They have about 4 or 5 different addresses. they are located about an hour from me so I have always picked it up direct from the warehouse

I picked up a yoga mat at a garage sale and cut it to size and used 3m spray glue to stick the layers together. It was a good thing that I had bought it before she asked if I was into yoga. When I told her that I was using it for she did not like my answer.

I use the stuff from WalMart in the camping section. it comes in a roll 2ft by 6ft 1/2 inch thick and just double it. cheap and last a long time around 6.00 a roll.
