With great reluctance, I’m going to break up my turnkey, strong running CSR rig to try and move them to free up some space in my garage. I believe the engine was most responsible for its performance. It is a really strong running Yamato built and CC’d by Tom Johnston with a oversize Gas tank, shaped foot, Brown folding steering bar, canvas cover, and a custom made skeg protector. Also, a Factory manual and factory shipping container. I’m still asking $2400 as it’s about $200 more than a new one imported by RPM without the American changes needed to race competitively. You mod guys need a strong stock 302 as your platform to add the new APBA Mod Pipe Kit and will be going over 70 mph on a runabout. The Propeller write up states that it is for a 80 and a 302 so you 102 owners are out of luck converting to this kit for Mod.
I’ve also reduced the price on my De Silva with all De Silva Hard ware and Fins, Tiny Tach, kill switch and a Brown Thrust bracket. It is the sweetest running and best turning boat I’ve ever driven since starting racing in 1954. Sure worth more than the $1000 I’m asking.
I’m also asking $325 for my best Jesup Prop which is what I paid for it from Kevin Harrell. It is a Dewald 6 ¾”x 10 ½” reworked by Fronce.
There is a possibility that any items could be delivered to Jesup Race on April 14, test day if I receive a personal or certified check that clears my bank before April 14th. Thanks for looking,
