it's a NEW 25 Mercosil block. complete as you see in the pics, I can get them cheaper than that for anyone wanting one.

Well, this may surprise the ebay seller...

It's obviously a photograph from the Mercury Parts catalog or the ProMarine catalog and that block kit was NLA from Mercury last I checked, so unless the ebay seller actually has one in stock he won't be able to deliver on his sale.

The part number for the "cylinder block" as Merc calls it is 872-9533T40. It comes with the parts shown and it is still available. Mercury Marine has stock in Atlanta, Fresno, and Fond Du Lac. It lists for 991.58.

Doug 4N: I think you're mistaken...

You're part number is not the cylinder block ass'y rather it is the powerhead ass'y (includes the crankshaft and connecting rods).

The part number for a powerhead assembly is 804946T02 which includes the crank, rods, etc and is also still available out of Atlanta and Fond Du Lac.
