It would be cheaper to put the old style crank in. Lots of those in the bone yards.

Cheyney, tons of multi spline driveshafts laying around. Just look for a 4 spline shaft and you'll find a few multi splines. Look in the normal spots my friend.

Driveshaft

In the omc arena they cut two driveshafts with the 17 spline. The 3 cylinder that you know about and the other is the 2 cylinder 50hp 1997 and up. Hope this helps--- phil
