These items are for kneel/laydown applications- guess you could use them for something else- not sure. The life jacket is medium, the kevlar jacket is medium and has a tag on it stating so. The pants do not have a tag on it to show the size for some reason. I believe they are medium as well. I am 5' 8" 160 lbs. and both items are slightly large on me, but comfortable. The pants are about 3 inches too long so I had them "tacked" up like a temporary hem. Ya`ll get together and buy this stuff. Will seperate If I can get rid of it quick.
