1) What does this boat weigh (including hardware)?

2) Is the transom set up for a 102 or 302?

If I recall correctly this boat with hardware weighed in near 115 to 120 pounds with hardware.

The transom is set up for the 302. Currently there is an adapter plate that accommodates the 102. I think it's an 1 1/4 if memory serves me right. Easily removed.

The boat and hardware are around 120# equipped.
