Pat, What is the APBA rule (if any) on re-certifying jackets and cut suits? I can't
find anything in the rule book.

If it ain't there...

At this time, there is no rule in the APBA Rule Book regarding life jacket or cut suit certification/re-certification.

Meaning that as long as the jacket meets the basic specs (A100 for non-restrained drivers and B or C for capsule drivers) and color requirements for SO/MO/PRO/J, and that the cut suit is made out of cut resistant material, it is legal.
