It is like 12'4" and has a 28in bottom and if you go look at bob's boat mine is the same but blue. It is a luce boat strait from the plans. I moved the dash back for my weight but the original dash is still there i just would take it out for a lighter driver. It weight 115 when it was built with hardware but it is a little more than that now. It is not heavy.

          Ring ?

Katie, get the ring ! You look good in your current hydro. Put the money in props. That is where the speed really comes from, not a new boat ! New boat is cool, and all that, but for the cost of a new boat you could have a lot of new props and then save for a new boat. Or Brian could buy a frame kit and build one for cheap.... I think Hemp still sells a frame kit. Or Pav, not sure.

At any rate, you better post a pic of that ring !!!

Trust me Dave, I want a ring more than anything... If I had one, I would post a pic, but I don't, and I am not the decision maker of that, Brian is.

I have a bunch of props to test, so I am good on props for a while! You are right though, I found a great deal of speed with prop changes, it only took all year to figure it out!
Thanks for the nice comments- Good to hear that my boat looks nice! (I give all the credit to Brian, amazingly awesome crew chief)
