um just one question does the hardware include the motor or just the controls gas tank ect.

Steering cables and pulleys, Throttle,Steering wheel and cable drum. You just clamp on your own motor. It is ready for a stock 302. No gas tank, it is on the motor. I could include a 102 motor but then the price goes up another $1400. So for a total of $2700 you will get boat ready to run less prop and cart.

um well how many heats is on the 102? and how long is this hydro? and what is the top speed your gettin with the 102

It runs really well and I hate to part with it but if folks need a package deal than I will sell the package. Right now I am having the gear foot rebuilt for next year. With the low price the boat or boat and motor will have to be picked up here.

I've raced with Mike - his equipment is very good. You won't regret it and its is an excellent price. There are a lot of people around who are very good with the Yamato engines. If you come across something you have questions with or need something help is not far away.

OK that is what i expected one last question isn't a 102 a 33 hp power head with a restricter plate making it a 20 -22 hp and dosen't it run 6800 rpm and has a racing lower unit that runs close to if not 1:1 gear ratio. and you are asking 2700 for ever thing motor, boat, pulleys, steering, ect. but not including a prop and cart right?

Yes $2700 for everything but cart and prop. As far as the RPM's and horsepower with restrictor you would have to ask the experts since I dont run a restrictor. CSH and C Mod don't use a restrictor. I believe the gear ratio on a 102/302 is 15:14 but that is just a guess.
