Chris...how do you think your boat would hold up at Top O? I know you have ran here before and are familiar with the conditions. If you wanna donate one for testing a DSR rig let me know?? Seriously though, I agree, it would be interesting to see how the design would work in the rough water.

I think the extra 40-50lbs. hanging off the back would be too much, but
you never know until you try. The V can definetely set-up to fly over
the rough stuff. The wear and tear on the body would be minimal. The last
benefit I see , from running the course many times myself, is the hull loves
turning right!
