Mercury 65 XS

A friend of mine has a Mercury 65 XS motor. I believe it is from 1976. This motor has been in heated storage for the last 30 years and is in remarkable condition. The motor probably has less than a 100 hours on it total. He may be interested in selling. Does anybody know what this might be worth?
