It's at each race committees discretion as to weather or not they will allow the number. I have seen it dis-allowed before. After all, it doesn't sound very good calling it out over the race P.A. (We have families in the grandstands)

I know you are absolutely correct, Jeff. I heard some stories from years ago, and they make me chuckle, just a little.
