Does anyone still have their 500 or 700 laydown hydro?

    Yes

I own the 500/700 Apel that holds record at Yelm, WA. The Interstate Battery hull. Steve

I have the Schumacher, H4, that [I am told] Dan K set the 500cc kilo at Moorehaven, in at 123mph?

There are about 6-8 good condition 500-700 laydown hydros here in FL. Probably more I dont know about.

        Why?

                Restore?????

These boats are available in race ready condition for a little bit more than the cost of the hardware and a little sumpthin' for delivery.

You should have no problem finding one.

Lets start with where are you located?

If you are really that bored out there I will just send you mine to restore. And while you are at it, widen the cockpit a little would ya. You can just bring it back to me at Nationals.

                        Brian,
Are you wanting to get rid of Dan's boat? If so, how much? That was my dad's boat. He would be very surprised if I was to get that back.

                            Brian,

Is the black boat Dan's old boat? The nose cone does not look the same and the support back near the transom is missing. Were they changed or removed over the years?
