  • Giles C Hydro

I have a very nice mid 90's Giles C Hydro that I want out of my garage. The transom is cut and has plates to accept a 302, 102 and a 25xs. The boat is natural from rub rail down and white gel rub rail up. It comes with steering and throttle. It has the clear wind screen, but is not installed at this time. The boat has never been stored outside.

I think $1000 is a fair price and I can help with delivery if you're near Texas or Louisiana.

    281-235-5044 or cgudgell@comcast.net

    Thanks for looking!

    Casey,

Do you have any other kneel down stuff you want to run? We have revived the Lone Star Outboard Racing Association and are VERY close to getting a firm race site near Bryan/College Station for this summer. We would love for you to be a part of it if you would like.

I noticed it has the dual kill switch rig for the 302 Yamato.

This would make a great 302 boat and is priced right.

Giles makes a great boat and for the money this is a steal.

Really like this boat. Looks like my pugh I bout from RJ West. Wish I had my income tax money back I would jump on it. Right now I've got my 102 I just rebuilt, And no boat. Really want to get back racing.

Yes, the boat Casey is selling is my old boat that I purchased from Bill Giles at the AOF Nationals in St Louis, MO. I've been wondering where it got to. Casey bought it a few years ago from me. It was a great boat. I ran the 102, 202, 302, and 25XS on it at various times. Jack

The boat dimensions are Length 11 Foot
                  Tunnel 34 inches
Afterplane 73 inches (back of sponson to transom)

That's what I have in my notebook. It has been repainted since I had it. Jack

Jack thanks for the info. I wish I would have been able to use it, but it just never worked out. I've been way to busy racing my Allison's and since we last talked we now have a 3 year old son.

The boat has not been wet since I bought it. I had the top deck done in white with the intentions of having graphics put on it to match my Allison, which I never did either. If there was only a few hours in the day we could get so much more done.

Casey, good to hear from you. I've wondered why I never saw you at any races. I'll do what I can to help anyone who may be interested in buying the boat. Boat looks good! Jack

                          OK.
Casey hears the deal. I've got the money for the boat. I know its a great deal. However your not just right down the street. My luck I'll mess around and someone else will get it. I live in Stockton Ca. Do you have any ideas? I just thought of a long shot. I'll get back to you.

Tim, perhaps someone from the West coast going to the APBA Stock Winter Nationals in Ocoee, FL next month could carry the boat back to California. Also the APBA Mod Winter Nationals are in Alabama in April. That may also have potential. Jack
