this is an ELECTRIC START style top cowl and will NOT work if the manual recoil assy is still bolted on. It is in EXCELLANT shape with new paint and decals.............

you mean like this................never have found the time to start on it............last JDS CNC router kit in existance.........might be an antique by the time I have it built!!!!!!!!! I realized I am NOT a boat builder!!!!!!!!
