I have lots of honeycomb. They are 5'x10' and are 3/8" thick. Same honeycomb core as the "Orange" honeycomb, but with graphite skins. I also have some 1/2" I think.
It's the same honeycomb that Drew has been using.
The Orange honeycomb was used for Boeing floorboards and was/is 1/2"
thick with fiberglass skins. It is stronger than the honeycomb I have but is a lot heavier. The honeycomb I have was designed for aircraft interior side walls.
Unless someone has "hoarded" the orange honeycomb you won't find any, since it is no longer manufactured. We used to get it at Boeing Surplus but they no longer exist.
Call me and we can discuss your application and how the honeycomb I have could be used.

Dean, just curious how do you attach the honeycomb as a bottom, just with glue? I know when they were put down in the floor of airplanes they had inserts.

Mike,
You can use West System and screws or Hysol which is a very expensive adhesive but stronger than West.

It's pretty dang pricey but our boats have taken a pretty good lickin over the years and hold up pretty well.
