New Boat Race

Does anyone have any info on the Middletown Ct. boat race in September? I noticed it wasn't on the APBA schedule anymore?

The Middletown Ct. boat race in September has been canceled the town couldn’t get all the permits in time for this date. All of the permits are underway for next year. (Coast Guard, DEP and Local permits) Middletown and the Harbor Park restaurant are very excited to have us at there new river festival.
