I have 2 Lifeline Sit Down/Stand Up Jacket #110
One is a 44 and the other is a 40.
The 44 is what I would call a medium and the 40 is a small.

They have had hardly any use.

I thought these were model #120 but they are not.
They are model # 110 Sit down/stand up jackets.
They do have flak but do not have the extended tail bone or relieved collar.

If they work for your applicatioin then I would sell them but I do not want to misrepresent the jacket.
