points for yamato 102

Where can i get some new points for my 102?
I tried TJ and he out of town until after turkey day.
I didnt know if there was anyone else besides Rick Montoya who stocked yamato parts. If anyone knows could you please let me know!

Dudley Malone in Oklahoma City may have some. He can be reached at (405)721-2755. Also Kawaski points # 21008-028 will also work fine. Just replace both sets when changing to these from Yamato. Should be available at a local motorcycle shop.

Special Order at Your Kawasaki Dealer

Most dealers do not carry the Kawasaki points that fit the 102 in stock, but you can special order them and they should reach the dealer in about two to three days. I believe the central warehouse for Kawasaki parts is in Wisconsin or Michigan...a lot closer to you than I.

Bob Goller may also have some spare point sets that you can buy.

I have had the local NAPA try the NAPA number and the verdict is discontinued.

Also had a local parts store order the Kawaskai points and after one month they were informed that these points are discontinued.

Any other ideas?

Do not by the kit and think you can use both sets of points. In Y-80s and Y-102s we use right side only! You need two of the 21008-028. Steve

I wish I did. The online store seems to think they have them. I put in the # and they come up. Nothing about being discontinued.
