This is an early system with a cast side cover and electro-less nickel plating on the steel manifold and cone. Current systems use a 6061-T6 plate instead. The nickel plating is inside and out, provides great corrosion protection, and looks nice too.

As mentioned before, castings are no longer used. A fully machined 3/8" thick 6061-T6 side cover with fasteners and a gasket is $215 plus shipping.
