Merc 9.9 to 15 parts

I have the following parts to convert a 9.9 Merc or Mariner to a 15 for J or AX ; Used tuner plate with tube, Long shaft water tube, 15 hp carb ( will need kit) and a new gearcase adapter plate . am looking for a 25 crank and rods, and reed block for an XS. Shawn --- fastjack@psouth.net
