I think I read that you can pick your boat number with the exception of #1 or, obviously another number in use. Are we allowed to pick a number someone else has if we are in different region? Is there a list somewhere showing the current numbers and drivers?

I believe you can use any number as long as another racer in your STATE does not use it with the exception of 1. I am sure the APBA has a list of all racers and numbers that are active. Just not sure how to acquire them. I also think if you complete the application online it will not let you choose a number in use. -
You can pick a number from 2 to 999 that is not in use with the letter representing your state. It can be the same as someone else with a different letter.Comment
