So you come on here and ask a question, as if you're interested in buying a Stock Outboard package. But you really had no intention of doing so. Then you go to the complete opposite end of the spectrum and inquire about purchasing a new 700cc motor. If you're serious about buying new equipment, why don't you just call the supplier? I doubt you're going to actually DO anything, besides try to start some kind of argument.
