I will find out first thing, I know I see a lot of offshore racing boats testing on there, Its not a drinking water lake its a run off so they may not need to see anything.

Ok I just found the rules and regs for boating on Lake elsinore, i will try to post them here, It doesnt say anything about fuel so it shouldnt be a problem, I have seen all sorts of boats and planes on the lake.
It wont let me post the link go to visitlakeelsinore.com then go to lake use regulations

        Elsinore

It is looking like $175 a year, then a $10 doinkage fee to launch. Speed limit is unlimited, good thing....One drawback....Big boats and times they would be using the lake...big boats= tidal waves, launch pads, and stuffing spots.

We can use the system we usually use, i stand in the Zodiac with a Red, Yellow and Green flag. Green means full throttle until you see God. Yellow means back off you got a roller coming in, red means idle.

So, I would have to buy 2 $175 a year access passes (or tyhe cost of one new propeller) Then $10 a boat.....

I like everything I read about this lake, until Arnold started grabbing my wallet.....

I thought you could buy just a daily lake use pass, I bought a boat from a guy and we tested it on the lake, Im sure he just pulled into the campsite and paid a fee at the gate, As for the big boats I dont think it would be a problem I know Eliminator test there sometimes and others but they are far between, the times I have used it for wakeboarding there has never been a problem except the one time a plane landed which was kind of wild, I hate that feeling when the terminator tries to terminate our wages, One thing though I live in Canyon lake and Arnold gave us the ok to carry on boating on a fresh water reservoir which was nice. :-)

I found out more about Elsinore, as long as the boats is registered and has CF numbers its $20.00 a day for day use, that includes lake fee and slip fee, and they let 2 strokes on the lake as well..
