This is the ASH leg of the ASH/CSH marathon ran on Sunday morning. The audio sounded bad on my camera so I cut it out, and Brian didn't turn his on until half way through the introductions.
This is the kind of water we drool over, cool and GLASS. Brian Bartlett got on plane first and won the ASH leg, here's his view.

And my third place view. Sorry, all my attempts to tighten up the mounts on the cowling mounted camera didn't work well.
FYI-this was the first time I ran this motor and prop on my brand new boat, it was a dog in the marathon, I'm surprised I didn't get passed.

We had to drive to the dock after 6 laps, get out and walk down the dock then tag our partner who ran to his boat to finish off the second leg of the marathon.

that sounds like more fun than a human is entitled to..... I love it. That adds a whole new dimension to marathon racing. My guess is that it this formula would attract a few more racers to marathons. Thanks for posting !
