    I vote for Aaron's dump

You are officially old if you can remember this. It reminded me of Arte Johnson riding his tricycle on Rowan and Martin's Laugh In, da da da, da da dat, HONK

We should all watch this and take note of how much awareness JMK has on the race course. I see way too many helmets never move to see what is going on around them. Great job Mike!

This looks like a beautiful spot to have a race. Is this the Go Pro camera?

JMK's videos are done with the GoPro

The video at the top of this thread was done with the GoPro mounted with the suction cup stuck to the top of the engine!

I was reluctant to use the suction cup mount. It looks like a nice quality part, but I'm just a little leery of relying on a suction cup to hold my camera. Do you offer any kind of a safety tether for the GoPro?

                It works indeed!

I used the suction mount on top of the Formula 150 I was driving (I additionally secured the camera with the racer's second favorite item, zip-ties (first being duct-tape)). My computer said we were on average hitting 2.15 G's in the corners in the race, spiking to 4 G's, and the camera never came off!

Biggest issue with the camera is the water-proof capsule they are in. Be sure you have a secondary method to keep it shut...

                  Suction cup mount

The suction cup is about the strongest one I've ever seen for how small it is - I actually picked the front JMK's boat off the trailer with it!

I think that since these cameras are riding in about the roughest environment imaginable and regularly get blasted w/70+ mph walls of water, all of these cameras should be tethered no matter what and a small float attached just in case. You can attach the tether to the zip ties you use to help keep the case closed (for extra insurance) and remember to coat the front of the waterproof case with RainX to help water shed from in front of the lens...
