  • Flip captured w/Go Pro Camera

Troy Holmburg flipped at Lake Lawrence, WA on Sat. April 4th, 2009 with a Go Pro camera on the deck. I edited and posted the video for him here:

The Go Pro is a pretty cool camera for the price (cheap!) - learn more at www.nwspeedshots.com or shoot me an email: walt@nwspeedshots.com

Glad he was ok, I have been there and done that in real life does the cam have a 16:9 setting for wide screen?

        GoPro

Great footage there! (I'm glad Troy is OK too) Kinda shows how waterproof the housing is, eh?
It's ironic that just before this thread was created, I pulled my gopro camera out for the first time to mess around with it. The camera is pretty easy to set up, and uploads to my laptop easily. Sorry Dan, no widescreen setting. When purchasing your camera, you can select to buy either a wide angle or standard angle lens. But no...widescreen is not an option that I'm aware of.

Cool video! I'm glad Troy is OK.

Too bad I haven't had one of those cameras in the 25+ years I've been racing. I could have supplied some very similar videos.

Shake it off Troy and go get 'em next time.

Good to hear you're OK Homeboy. Turn 1, 1/3 of the way into the corner, common spot for the wind to lift you, many blow overs there.

From the guy who was on his inside....that was pretty cool in real life! Glad he was alright. There are some very cool pictures as well! Propeller cover type!

and from J. Michael Kelly's helmet in his new boat:

Both taken with the Go Pro Motorsports Hero video camera

Hopefully, more to come as it's edited...
