    hey-

I opened a newer thread since there were so many pages on the other.

Thanks to all the officals for putting the hard work in to put the race on and to everyone who came to support local racing. We need everyone to show up and help out when times get hard.

Burkhardt even tried on a Scary Fazt tank top and darn near went swimming in sst120. He was moving.

Some people got wet on Fri and Sat. thankfully everyone came away with wet clothes.

Mike Lee gave me a VIP pass to watch his acrobats in sst45. I surely hope you are doing ok and Steve isn't too upset you lightened up his boat for him.

Thanks Blair. I wish I could have been there, but I took my wife to the Daytona races for her birthday. Speaking of which, how big is Lake Lloyd on the infield? Could it hold races?

I went by my dad's shop and saw the boat this morning. Front right sponson is tore up, but the bulkhead looks fine. We'll get it off to repairs soon. I am just glad he is ok. I could care less about the boat. I do know we are going to full-time air as he had problems getting the regulator to his mouth.

Anyone got pics of his blowover? I'd like to see them if there are.

Thank You!!!!!!!!! to all that helped, I think everyone who was there did something to help! We ran 37 heats on Saturday, started at 11:55a.m and finished before 6:00.
Those of you who missed it the only problem was ski boats and p.w.c. wake on Friday between 2-4p.m., so we quit at 4, and started where we left off on Saturday. The fireworks Friday night were the best I have seen in 20 years!!!!
Big Pappa's BBQ was the best I've had. Bob Mackrell, Wendy Eldredge and Ken Godwin treated us to a guitarfest around Big Pappas' bar(Denise danced on said bar), the singing left something to be desired(sorry Nic), but the Beer was good and cold.

          Thank you to all!!
          Peanut

P.S. I will post results later.

Thanks to all that helped me after the the E-Ticket ride in Steve's Boat! I'm
Ok. I told Steve it was a little to heavy and I took so weight off of the hull for him. I need Pete Nichols phone number if anyone has it. I had a great time until the last lap and the storm showed up and sent me flying thru the air!
            Thanks again to all!
            Mike

Pete got sequence shots of the whole thing, both Joey and Amy going up together. Joey came down. Amy didn't!
