hey sam...do all the carriers come pinned like that?

No they didn't come that way from OMC. A few years later they approved the carrier being pinned. I tried many different methods and this was the best. That's the only way to keep a bearing carrier in one running on a tunnel boat. Even with that they still crack on a regular basis.
