If I'm not mistaken, the Y302 head is the same and you can buy them from any Yamato dealer. You may want to give one a call and confirm.

yes, 102 and 302 heads are identical/interchangeable save for some slight external casting differences. You will also find that 14mm and 18 mm heads cc out absolutely identical when using a flat plate and an installed spark plug to measure the effective combustion chamber volume. The 14mm only has the advantage of cheaper/more available plugs.
