      71 submarine

The boat has been retrieved and is on the trailer. Steve might have even taken it home. Had a lot of mud but Dave Weber didn't see any hull damage so other than clean up hopefully may run again. Jimmy D.

        Update

Just spoke to Steve; boat is fine but the innertube only 6 inches around! Most important, he is feeling well enough to go get a tooth pulled today. No aches or sore muscles to complain about so he says. He plans on having the heads off today and get the block out Saturday.

Anyone want to help us get it to Drew? Steve would like to get back in the saddle and possible run Chelan Sept 25. Anyone else interested in going to the final close to Spokane Apba event? You may have to run PS or SS if they dont have Vintage on the insurance that date.

Since the boat was underwater for so long, we worry of mud in the oiling system. You Seattle guys remember this boat beating your best SS flats at Tastin Racin? Probably wont admit it......A red plain Hondo drag boat that's not supposed to turn won quite often!!!

Stirring the pot? NO just proud of our guys taking on all challengers without big bank accounts or big motor sponsors!

          True dat,
it tends to hide behind the rear cam soft plug also, and have the new bottom end to prove it.....
