John, May I suggest that you contact Roy Mackey for the information you are seeking. He is the person that sends out the membership cards as the Executive Secretary. If he does not have the info, possibly, Mardel Swartz, the secretary/treasurer will have it. Sorry that I don't have their phone numbers with me as I'm out in California visiting our son. JackComment
