DMH - Rules Question - Tahatsu

Does anyone know if it is legal to race a legal Tahatsu powerhead in DMH on any other tower than the Bass and Bass Lower Unit ?

Meaning, can I put a Tahatsu on lets say a Parker housing and race it ?

David we talked about this at the NBRA National meeting last weekend of putting the Tahatsu on any tower and foot. We decided that Bass had spent a lot of money getting this project off the ground where a person could buy a complete motor ready to run. We thought it would undermine his efforts if we would allow any tower or foot so to run the Tahatsu in the NBRA D class it has to be a complete package.
