The last we heard, Tim was home and resting. He still has to have
one more surgery, so will be a long recovery.

Yes Tim is home resting or at least we are all telling him to rest. Tim's heart attack was a very serious one.... This coming on the heels of Jeff just having one in November. I urge all of you to not ignore any or all signs of a possible heart attack. Jeff is only 36 years old and now has 6 stents, and doing well he has had to made some very serious life style changes. Tim was in the process of being totally checked out since Jeff had his... unfortunetly he did not make it to the finally testing. He is only 42 years old.... Now has one stent and will require more surgery when they think his heart is upto it. AGE does not play a factor in this serious health problem. So please in the light of that February is National Heart Month, look into that doctors appointment that we all hate to go to and never ever ignore even the smallest sign of a problem.

Guys, if you don't get physicals regularly get yourselves checked out. I just learned that a friend's son died of a heart attack today - at the age of 26.

I hate physicals - have been taking them only because I have no choice (OSHA regs) - but I'm going to start paying more attention to what I'm told when I do take one. 42....... 36....... 26..... I'm 46.

Hope to see the Lake Racing Team at a race somewhere this year.
