I'm not sure what comes with a Henderson kit... but Stevenson just put his 2.5L 2004 Henderson up for sale if that is of interest. It's fast. Can email them at: wetspot.racing@xplornet.com

I had the chance to see it run many times this year. They always had it at the front of the pack. Check out the Canadian Boating Federation for sale section. I'm pretty sure he has it listed in there.
