Dave Villwock drove Ellstrom E-Lam Plus to victory on Sunday at the Chevrolet Cup at Seafair unlimited hydroplane race. The victory gave Villwock 10 wins in Seafair unlimited hydroplane competition, passing the legendary Bill Muncey.
