      Lori-

If your not in a rush I have one you guys can have. I can't get it to work on the 102. I'll be at Crystal Lake, Whitney Point, and Millville.

Troy they work on 102's if you get the right model. You get one from Joey Z. Or straight from Tiny Tach them self's. The trick is to put 3 raps around one of the spark plug wires then rap the remaining wire around the other spark plug wire. Making sure there is about a 1'' piece lead wire in between the spark plug wires.

I can confirm that it works fine- just follow Marks instructions on the lead wrap.

I think it is a TT226R-1C. But the best thing to do is call tiny tach and tell them what it is used for and they will set you up right. There is a guy there that knows about the 102's needs.

Hey if you guys haven't done so already, call Steve at tiny tach, tell him the "Mad Russian" sent you. HE is the owner and head MFICC of everything. The tachs cost around $75 for the "commercial model". Make sure you tell him how long you need the leads to be. I would suggest you say 12 feet. That'll give you something to work with. Ask him to send you an additional two feet of the "red wire" so you can solder it onto the one 'red wire' which he provides. You will then make a junction of all red wires ( for the number of cylinders you have ) and then wrap the red wire around each plug lead about three times.

Of course, the hassle for us racers is the fact that we remove our engines after each weekend of racing. Which means unwrapping the "red wires" etc from the plug leads.

Yeah.. I know... life in the racing world can be a real pain in the butt.
