Would like anyone with any information on a 44ci Quincy Welding built Mercury mod engine stolen from my garage.There are several identifiying marks on the top of the motor on the block itself.One marking is in capital letters "ESS" and there are several more that may have been groundout.This particular engine had at the time steel Quincy made conversion exhaust with a Quincy made pipe midsection with a long fin black mercury gearcase.It also had a Quincy made spacer plate between the block and midsection that had built in carrying handles and a built in throttle hold down.Anyone having bought a 44ci mod mercury from anyone in the Quincy area please look over your engine and see if any of these marking may be on your engine.We just want the engine back.If you think you have are know of this engine please contact me at the below e-mail. dancrabt@yahoo.com

Stolen Looper

Might be good to ask some friends to search for Looper parts on Ebay and elsewhere. It will be easier for the thief to dispose of it by parting out.
