hey joe what do they do if they cant finish up a weekend like lakeland this weekend
do they have a make up date ??

No, no make up dates......they just cancel the rest of the event.

ok kool one other ? i see those bigger inboard hydros there , were any of those 5.0 liters or bigger
they look like 2.0 liter boats as best i could tell
i dont know what all the abreveations mean yet as i am new to this style racing


confusing to say the least
but i quess as a new comer to stock car racing the same would apply them as well we got the same type letters with our classes , owm opem wheel modified , ss super stock street stock etc
i will make one of these races some time this year then im sure ill pick up on it

S - # These are 2.5 litre stock
E - # These are 5 litre stock
A - # These are 2.5 L modified

The inboards that ran were 5 liters.

It was a pretty good event. Too bad about Sunday.

yea to bad
im going to buy a kit boat to build for the 5.0 /6.0 class maybe
a smaller motor i really like the ford 2.0 there easy to build but they dont
hold up all that good around 325 hp so the merlin is looking good right now
but im a ways off yet for that just one boat at a time i had two race cars at one time before to much trouble

Those were 5.0L engines.....Chevy 305's.
That was the first time I've seen them at races here, hope they show up again, they are pretty cool.
