I am sure everyone has a difference of opinion on thsi one. What is the criteria? If it is who has placed most in the Hall of Champions, does more than race (officer in club or national officer, etc), then I have 3 off hand for the men category.
Ed Hearn (100 years in HOC and national officer)
    Bob Wartinger (Same as above)
Billy Allen (HOC and races hard, plus is a super nice guy).

    Women:
Kristi Ellison (Officer in club and Super Mom)
    Amy Eldredge (For her energy)
Amy Nydahl (Because she is the sweetest racer EVER! And talented too)

With Otis being the Poster Boy I bet Mush Mouth's hottie would show up. To some races. Otis is truely missed up on the North Woods.

              poster boy

Ideal poster boy would be middleaged, balding, overweight, dressed in soggy tennis shoes, tattered (not stylishly so), stained or cut off jeans and a faded t shirt. Bonus points for a sweat stained hat and T shirt from a race site where stocks haven't raced in 30 years. Remember, we have an image to maintain...

I'd cast a vote for Dave Augustine except for the age and the size. Not a problem, he makes up for it in the other categories. Free spirit ....yeah that's what it is....free spirit.

My vote is for Steve Johnson; he's still wearing lime green water shoes from the 80's! But seriously, he's also grown up in APBA- 26 years!
