Fabric Supplier Tip - BAD

I ordered some fabric (eglass and such) from a Mr. Fiberglass out of VA. Thought I would try a new vendor, seemed like a small business and I like to support the little guy if I can. Well, I ordered it last Tuesday. Apparently this guy only drop ships from somewhere and does not stock anything. I emailed them today and asked for a tracking number because my order has not arrived. He emailed me back and said sorry, they were out of stock and it should ship out today some time, and arrive maybe Friday next week. Needless to say this puts me behind on production of some cowls. I have just enough to finish what I need right away.

At any rate, this guy does not answer the phone, it goes to voice mail, and he will call you back like an hour or two later. Never has answered the phone. And emails take as long or longer to respond to.

I HIGHLY reccomend not using this guy as a supplier. There are other companies in the same state and area that will ship out same day, and it comes very quick. And they answer the phone.... and will talk to you.
