I'll try for the last time.

I know the the USTS does not run OSY R. I know it is not a class. It is not a class anywhere. It's not a class in Bulgaria.

Whis is it not considered for a class in the pro catagory?

I just had to jump in on this one. I literally am in Sofia, Bulgaria as I write this response, and no, there are no OSY R's or OSY H's that I have seen so far.
