Does anyone have the schematic and parts list for a good timing box? I enjoy building things and have tried a buzz box but it was not sensative enough to discern point opening or at least I couldn't tell the change in tone. Would appreciate any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Found it!
Jack, I found the link to the buzz box I have. Darren Goring suggested this one to me and I love it. It is either on or off period. I got what they call a single timing light. Its a bad discription of it. It is the same as the dual sync. with tweeter(buzzer).
Check it out. http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalo...nchronizer.phpMark

Just go to your local hardware store and get a simple doorbell buzzer, a 6 volt lantern batter, some wire and alligator clips. You'll probably have about $10 in it and they work great and last for several years before you need a new battery.
