APBA DMH - Rules -Tahatsu Question

Does anyone know if you can run a Tahatsu powerhead on any tower and gearbox in Mod D class and or FE ?

I thought the any gearbox under any mod engine rules passed as long as it meets current R&S and gear ratios ?

I might be wrong but just looked in the 06 rule book and I think the Tahatsu is legal in FE but was not listed in D. No idea as to what gearfoots are legal.

Can I use any tower housing and gearbox with the Tahatsu ?
