The 2006 TRORA awards banquet is in the books as the banquet was held last Saturday at the 356th Fighter Group Restaurant & Banquet Hall in North Canton, Oh. A big thank you goes out to Jon and Melanie Brewster, who coordinated the banquet. Thank you’s also go out to Dylan Justice for creating the slide show presentation, Dana Holt for arranging the prizes, Nate Forshey for making sure the prizes arrived at the banquet, Jerry Brewster and Brian Williams for MC’ing the banquet and to all those who came to enjoy an evening out with 3Rivers. The banquet is always a great venue that draws many guest, including both veteran racers and current racers. Veteran racers at this years banquet included, Stu Yates and family, Joe Conzolo, Lynn Nicholas, and Todd Murphy and family. It was great seeing those guys and their families and catching up with what they are up to today.
