  • Dewald contact info...

Searched the site and can't find anything... anyone know the contact info for Dewald Props. Phone, address and email if they have it please. Need it for a show hand out.

Also, anyone know how much a J prop for a new racer is from them?

          Craig DeWald

There is a picture I would have liked to included between these 2. It is a Mercury publicity photo from the late 1950's or early 60's with 2 people in an older Utility racing runabout ... the picture could not have been better if they hired professional models. Guess who is in that picture?

              Craig Dewald

              SAM,

THAT PICTURE OF CRAIG IS MOST LIKELY IN THE MID 50'S. IT IS FROM "BOAT SPORT MAGAZINE" IN THAT TIME PERIOD.

Isn't Dave Dewald still making props also? Just wondering, I haven't seen or heard anything about him in a while.

                    Coincidently

Coincidently I mailed Craig a check today for a J (standard APBA) "test" prop. $148.05 US with shipping. I don't know whether or not that included a special repeat customer discount.

Yes, the first picture is from Boat Sport, I believe the race was the Winnebagoland marathon.

Bob, that is the one I was thinking of, thanks for posting it. Is that from Bob Walwork's album? I think the motor is a 1962, so we know the approximate year.

Yes that picture is from Bob Walwork's album. I will try to get a new picture of Craig tomorrow, he is here in Savannah at the Champboat races. He was loading up the 125 rig today since it finally got here after a slow voyage across the ocean.
