Sometimes Charlie has a way with words...Surrogate....and stuff like that....

I did feel, reading between the lines, that this WHOLE DQ came about because someone FELT a rule, was a rule was a rule....and the rule really had nothing to do with J. Michael....(I might not have read very well between these lines)..

I offered money, but was told it was covered.....I'm glad this went the way it "SHOULD HAVE GONE".......

I had to look up a couple words myself....... meritourious..... never heard that used before.... interesting word.

I am glad someone could see the "spirit" of the rule was being carried out. Hopefully a precedent can be set for this. It could be a can of worms, or a great thing.
